Rehabilitation and exercise is of paramount importance if you are recovering from injury. We will be able to start, progress and adapt your rehabilitation program in combination with our Exercise App Software.
If you need accountability we also lead dedicated virtual rehab session together. So you are never alone on your journey.

People are always on the move whether for work or on holidays. Therefore, you and your therapist can discuss the progress of your injury, some management advice or even discuss scan results.
