Veronica Itinger

V(eronica) is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, with a Master’s degree (MSc) in Physiotherapy, a Bachelor of Science (BSEd) in Kinesiology, and work experience across both NHS and private practice settings. She is passionate about helping her patients return to the activities they love, recognising the beauty and individualisation in each patients’ goals and rehab journey.

V has a particular interest in lower-limb rehabilitation, specifically sport and running-related injuries. Being an active individual and runner herself, she understands the value and importance of exercise for one’s overall physical and mental health. V throughly enjoys using her clinical knowledge to guide an athletes’ strength based rehab to full return to play and beyond. In addition, she is keen to work with scoliosis patients, having specialist training and experience with conservative and post-surgical cases. To complement, she also has a strong interest in Pilates-based rehabilitation. This includes, years teaching reformer Pilates and expertise in using the equipment to improve flexibility, control, and stability for long-term resilience.

Alongside her MSK practice, V has further specialised in women’s pelvic health. She particularly enjoys supporting women throughout all stages of pregnancy. In addition, she treats pelvic pain, coccydynia, urinary and bowel incontinence related conditions. 

Having grown up internationally, V loves travelling and immersing herself in new countries, exploring different languages, cultures, and cuisines. Outside the clinic, you might find her behind a camera, painting a sunset or running long distances, with three marathons completed and hopefully more to come!
