DARCY JOHNSTON​

With a Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science, Darcy has combined his tertiary education and almost a decade of clinical experience to treat a range of clients for injury diagnosis and rehabilitation as well as enhancing sporting performance and injury prevention.

With extensive experience working in a Spinal Clinic in Melbourne, Darcy takes particular interest in acute and chronic back and neck pain. Darcy has a passion for health and recognises that pain is complex, multifactorial and can heavily impact quality of life. He believes in holistic treatment and working in collaboration with clients to overcome barriers and reach their optimal goals and beyond, no goal is too high.

Darcy’s experience extends into working in semi-professional football and Aussie Rules Football, and more recently at a sports physiotherapy clinic in London, for the management of acute traumatic sporting injuries, overuse injuries and overseeing structured return to sport programs. Having himself battled numerous lower limb injuries that has impacted his sporting endeavours, he prides himself on providing expert advice and guidance on managing an array of lower limb sporting injuries and effective return to sport planning.

When he is not working, Darcy has continued to play competitively in Australian Rules Football (Yes, in London!) and Cricket and you will often find him on a golf course or running Regents Park on a Sunday morning.
