CAITLIN IRVING

Caitlin is a Physiotherapist from New Zealand, graduating from Auckland University of Technology in 2017. She has worked across both hospital and private practice settings, developing a broad range of clinical experience.

Since 2018, Caitlin has specialised in Women’s Pelvic Health, with a particular focus on supporting women through pre- and post-natal care, and helping clients safely return to exercise post-partum, Caesarean section, Perineal tears, Recti diastasis, Pelvic organ prolapse, Pelvic pain (Vaginismus & Vulvodynia), urinary and bowel incontinence and urgency. More recently, Caitlin has expanded her expertise into Men’s Pelvic Health, providing care for conditions such as pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, and bladder and bowel incontinence.

Caitlin has a certificate in Dry needling incorporates this alongside her manual therapy and exercise-based treatments to optimise outcomes for her patients.

Alongside her clinical work, Caitlin is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and has been teaching since 2023. She has completed specialised training in pre- and post-natal Reformer Pilates and enjoys incorporating Pilates-based movement into her physiotherapy treatments.

Caitlin takes a holistic and individualised approach to physiotherapy, considering each client’s immediate concerns within the context of their overall physical and mental well-being. She is passionate about promoting healthy, active lifestyles and integrating mind-body practices into rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys finding new walks around Greater London, Pilates classes, practicing yoga at home, and travelling. She values maintaining a healthy work-life balance, a principle she encourages in her clients and reflects in her holistic approach to care.

Caitlin is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Pelvic Obstetrics and Gynaecology Physiotherapists (POGP). She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
