SHOCKWAVE THERAPY COURSE IN RUNNING INJURY REHAB
There is a high-rate of overuse injuries in running and it can be difficult to treat in certain cases. Shockwave is a non-invasive, evidence-based modality which has been proven to be beneficial in the management of chronic tendinopathy in runners. In this 1-day masterclass, the application of shockwave in common running injuries such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, medial tibial stress syndrome, gluteal tendinopathy and proximal hamstring tendinopathy will be covered. The course will also cover relevant management strategies such as load management, strength training, gait retraining which
are relevant in the multi-modal management of running injuries. Practical experience will be gained in the use and application of both radial, focus shockwave & EMTT in common running injuries

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY FOR LOWER LIMB CONDITIONS
The course will involve both radial and focused shockwave therapy as well as EMTT.
Stuart covers shockwave for treating the most common indications such as plantar fasciitis and chronic tendinopathies but also includes shockwave for first joint pain, forefoot Morton’s neuroma, the ankle complex, shin splints, myofascial calf pain, dorsal foot and calcaneal bursitis. He will share case studies and his own recipes for treatment success.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY COURSE IN SPINE AND UPPER LIMB CONDITIONS
The course will involve both radial and focused shockwave therapy as well as EMTT.
Our clinician will cover shockwave for treating the most common indications such as frozen shoulder, chronic tendinopathies such as lateral and medial epicondylitis, and conditions such as carpel tunnel and Dupuytren’s contracture alongside many more. He will share case studies and his own recipes for treatment success.
The day is split between theory and practical sessions to ensure practical experience is gained with the device and to explore this revolutionary treatment that has helped clinics develop effective programs for their patients.
