As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-calibre Patient Services Assistant to join our front-of-house team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic.

The Role
This is a central position within the clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and professional front-of-house experience, while ensuring the operational efficiency of the clinic.
A core component of this role is private medical insurance (PMI) billing and account management, requiring prior experience within a private healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all patients and visitors
- Manage appointment bookings and clinician diaries efficiently
- Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Oversee administrative tasks including emails, post, and deliveries
- Manage private medical insurance billing, invoicing, and insurer communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and insurance records
- Support clinicians with patient flow and retention
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Uphold consistently high standards of customer service
Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience within a private healthcare setting (e.g. physiotherapy, private GP, dental)
- Proven experience with private medical insurance (PMI) billing and administration
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and clinic management software

Front of House | Private Healthcare | Parsons Green, London

Salary: £13.00 per hour
